This page explains what we collect when you use this store, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
- Order data — name, delivery and billing address, email, phone, and what you bought. We need this to send you the thing.
- Payment data — handled by our payment provider. Card numbers never reach our servers and we cannot see them.
- Account data — if you create an account, your email and order history.
- Marketing consent — your email, if you sign up to the newsletter, and whether you have unsubscribed.
- Usage data — pages viewed and device type, via cookies, so we can tell what is broken and what is popular.
Children
We sell products for children to adults. Accounts and newsletter sign-ups are for people aged 18 or over, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us their details, tell us and we will delete it.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Order and payment data: to perform the contract you entered into when you bought something. Marketing email: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Usage data and fraud checks: our legitimate interest in a working, non- fraudulent shop.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the shop: our ecommerce platform, payment provider, delivery carriers, and email provider. We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Order records for seven years, because tax law requires it. Marketing consent until you withdraw it. Analytics data for 26 months.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it for marketing. Ask here — we answer within 30 days and it costs nothing. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep your cart and your session working; those cannot be turned off without breaking the shop. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional and set only if you accept them.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we will say so on this page and, where it affects marketing, by email.
