Before you write

• Missing or broken part? Tell us the product name and which part, and we will post a replacement. No receipt needed for parts.
• Order not arrived? Include your order number. Tracking updates once a day, so a quiet day is normal.
• Not sure which age? Tell us the child's age and what they are into, and we will point you at the right kit rather than the dearest one.
• Returns: see Returns & Refunds first — most of it is answered there.

Response times

We answer within one working day, Monday to Friday. Messages sent at the weekend are picked up on Monday morning.
