Are these real tools?
Yes. Our saws cut, our hammers drive nails, our mixers mix. They are scaled and safety-engineered for children, not softened into props. That is the whole point of the range.
Is that safe?
Every kit is tested to EN 71 and ASTM F963 and carries a minimum age. Kits with cutting or heating elements are designed for supervised use and say so on the box. The age on the packaging is an engineering limit — please follow it.
Which age should I buy for?
Shop by age from the main menu: 6m and up for first-tool plush, +3 for garden and pretend play, +5 for toolsets and kitchen, +6 for build kits with real fasteners. If a child is between two, buy down rather than up — an easy win beats a frustrating one.
A part is missing or broke. Can I get another?
Yes, free, and you do not need a receipt. Tell us the product and the part and we will post it.
Do you sell spare parts and consumables?
Replacement blades, sandpaper, seeds and fasteners for the kits that use them are available — ask and we will send what fits your kit.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days (express 1–2), Europe 5–10 and the rest of the world 10–15. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are packed the same day. Costs are on Shipping & Delivery.
Can I return something?
Unused and in its packaging, within 30 days. Full detail on Returns & Refunds.
Do you do gift wrapping?
Add a gift note at checkout and we will pack it without the invoice showing the price.
Are your brands official?
Yes — STANLEY Jr., KitchenAid Kids, Scotts Miracle-Gro Kids, Char-Broil, Oklahoma Joe's, Goodyear, Harley-Davidson and F1 products are made under licence.
