Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are packed the same day. Orders after that, or at the weekend, go out the next working day.

Tracking
You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking updates roughly once a day while in transit — a day without movement is normal and not a lost parcel.
Large kits
Workbenches and grills ship on a two-person service and are booked in by phone. Allow 5–7 working days for those, and make sure the phone number on the order is one you answer.
Duties and taxes
Orders outside the UK may attract import duty and local tax on arrival. Those are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient — they are not included in the price at checkout.
Something wrong with the delivery?
Damaged in transit, or the wrong item in the box — tell us within 14 days and we will put it right without you paying return postage.
